ESPN reports New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees will not sign his franchise tender. According to the report, Brees also will not report to training camp if he does not have a long-term contract in place by next Monday's deadline. The Saints have reportedly offered Brees a deal worth an average of $19-and-a-quarter-million dollars per year, but he is looking for an average of $20-and-a-half-million. The 33-year-old Brees threw for an NFL single-season record 5,476 yards to go along with 46 touchdowns and 14 interceptions last year.
