HUDSONVILLE (WHTC) - A 57-year-old Wyoming man has admitted to burning several American flags in and around the Hudsonville area. William Mayhew Howerton pleaded guilty Wednesday to two counts of arson of personal property with a value of less than 2-hundred dollars at his arraignment in 58th District Court in Hudsonville. Lt.
