LANSING (WKZO) -- Michigan moved up one spot, but is still in the bottom half of the country on CNBC's "Top States For Business" list this year. The Great Lakes State is ranked 33rd this year, with improvements noted in access to capital, cost of living and the economy. Getting worse compared to last year is infrastructure and transportation and the cost of doing business.
