COLDWATER (WTVB) - The Branch County Sheriff's Department was busy Tuesday morning, covering a pair of personal injury accidents. The first happened around 5:15 am on I-69 at the 22 mile marker involving two vehicles. One vehicle rolled over several times. The driver was taken from the scene to the Community Health Center of Branch County for treatment of non life-threatening injuries. No name or condition of the patient has been released.
About 1/2 later the second single-vehicle rollover accident happened on Crandall Road between Clarendon and Ely Roads in Butler Township. Branch County sheriff's deputies were assisted on the scene by Lifecare Ambulance and fire departments from Litchfield, Homer, and Quincy. The driver was taken to a Kalamazoo hospital by Air Care helicopter. No further details on the accident have been released.
