COLDWATER (WTVB) - Mid July means summer is peaking and it also sets the stage for the third concert in the 2012 Entertainment Under the Stars series at the Four Corners Park in Downtown Coldwater. This evening’s concert will feature a popular local group, Bittersweet Nites, making its debut in the Under the Stars series. This four piece group plays a blend of blues, jazz, soft rock and soul. They call it "feel good music". Band members include Gary Watkins Clay Rogers, Kelly Kidder and Shanneen. They have been together for seven years and have played for many local events, special functions and weddings. The concert begins at 7 p.m. at the park next to Putnam Funeral Home. Don't forget to come early as the United Methodist Mens' Club will be dishing up ice cream sundaes in the Fellowship Hall before the concert. Entertainment Under the Stars is made possible this year by support from Southern Michigan Bank & Trust, Infinisource, Monarch Community Bank, the Branch County Community Foundation, and the Coldwater Downtown Business Association.
