BRONSON (WTVB) - They crowned a King and Queen Thursday night during the opening ceremonies for the 43^rd Annual Bronson Polish Festival.  Ray Weinberg was named King and  Adelia Kubasiak was named Queen.  Other royality includes Prince J.J. Hyska, son of Frank and Linda Hyska,Princess: Chanelle Gunthorp, daughter of Tami Ludwick, Junior Prince David Milliman, son of Eric & Jennifer Milliman, and Junior Princess Sidney Swick, daughter of Steve & Kathy Swick. Both Gunthrop and Hyska are 2012 Bronson High School graduates.

Among the highlights of the festival Friday are a Street Dance from 6 pm-10 pm at Memorial Park and a Talent Show at the Bronson Community Center at 7 pm. Saturday’s activities include the annual Polish Festival Parade at 1 pm.  The Grand Marshall for the parade, called the 3^rd largest in the state of Michigan, is retiring Branch County Sheriff warren Canon  The Bronson Athletic Boosters are the Honorary Grand Marshalls.
