While the Board of Governors in the NBA have voted to expand the use of instant replay this season, basketball fans in Detroit fans are talking uniforms. The league is considering advertisements on jerseys, and could vote on the matter as early as September. The plan calls for teams throughout the league, including the Pistons, to sell sponsorship that would be placed on a two-inch patch just above the heart. League officials estimate the corporate sponsorship could generate one hundred million dollars in revenue per season.
