CALHOUN COUNTY, MICHIGAN (WNWN) - Charges may be sought in another fatal accident in Calhoun County, in a crash that killed a teenager Thursday evening. State Police say it appears that 18-year-old Samuel Kush was driving at a high rate of speed on Capital S.W. when he lost control of the car he was driving, left the roadway and struck a tree. Donnell Jackson was killed and Zachary Porttius remains in critical condition at Bronson Hospital in Kalamazoo. Both are 16.Kush reportedly had a restricted drivers permit. Final charges may depend on the results of blood screens for alcohol and drugs.
