DETROIT (WKZO) -- It was likely one of the friendliest crowds Vice President Joe Biden has ever been before.  He received a massive ovation while speaking to the American Federation of Teachers convention at Cobo Hall in Detroit on Sunday.  While campaigning for re-election, Biden also took a shot at Michigan Governor Rick Snyder, saying his education plan consists of finding ways to strip teachers "of your voice."  Michigan Republicans held a press conference to combat Biden's message, while Governor Snyder put out a statement saying the state has worked to make smart budget choices while being "dogged by shortsighted policies out of Washington."
