ALBION, MO (WTVB) - A former Albion motel manager charged and convicted for 4th degree criminal sexual conduct involving female employees has apparently been caught trying to flee the country to avoid jail. Rajeshkumaar Tiwari was free on bond, pending sentencing later this month. He was pulled over for speeding in Pennsylvania. Police found thousands in cash, wire transfers, documents, Indian currency, and passports. Now he is being held on a million dollars bond and awaiting extradition back to Michigan where he may now face additional charges.
You may remember his case: he propositioned a brand new 19-year-old female employee offering cash for sex. She went straight to police, and several other female employees came forward with the same complaint.
