Big troubles for the fifth overall selection in this year’s NFL draft. Former Oklahoma State wide receiver Justin Blackmon, chosen by the Jacksonville Jaguars, was arrested early Sunday on a complaint of aggravated driving under the influence in Stillwater.
Authorities said Blackmon had 3 times the legal limit of alcohol in his system and was also ticketed for speeding for going 60 mph in a 35 mph zone. It’s Blackmon’s second run-in with the law after he was arrested in October of 2010 on a DUI complaint. The 22-year old still has not signed a contract with the Jaguars.
