The Tony Award winner stars as an inmate in a mental asylum in the innovative adaptation of the Shakespeare classic, and admits playing all the parts in the script has been a challenge.

There is an extra surprise in store for the audience as the play features brief nudity.

He quips, ""Guess whose it is?"" before adding, ""Once in a while it's good to challenge yourself in a way that's really daunting.""

Macbeth will debut at The National Theatre of Scotland later this month (Jun12) before transferring to New York's Lincoln Center.
