WASHINGTON (WKZO) -- The U.S. Court of Appeals has ruled in favor of the Obama administration's 2012 to 2016 fuel efficiency standards. The stricter standards, which will limit tailpipe emissions and hike fuel standards, were challenged by chemical, energy, utility, agriculture and mining companies as well as several states. By August the administration is expected to finalize fuel efficiency standards and greenhouse gas emissions limits for 2017 to 2025.
