American Ryan Harrison was no match for top seed Novak Djokovic while fellow American Andy Roddick won atWimbledonon Wednesday.  The 20-year-old Harrison was dispatched in straight sets in the second round by the world number-one Serb and defending men's champ.

Roddick completed a victory over Jamie Baker of Scotland in a first-round match that stretched over two days because of rain.  Six-time winner Roger Federer also advanced to the third round.

On the women's side, top seed and reigning French Open champion Maria Sharapova was leading her second-round match when play was suspended
