BRONSON, MI (WTVB) - Bronson school officials tonight are holding the first of two community meetings to discuss a millage proposal that will be decided May 8th. The school board is looking for input on the state of facilities in the district and feedback on the sinking fund levy that will be on the ballot. Tonight’s meeting at the junior-senior high school library starts at 6:30 p.m. A representative of the district’s architect will be at the session along with Board of Education members and school superintendent Jim Modert. The second information meeting is coming up a week from Wednesday on March 28th.
Also tonight, the Branch County Township Supervisor’s Association is meeting at 7 o’clock at the Branch County Road Commission. The association will hear from Road Commission Manager Trent Arver, who will speak on the topic: Infrastructure Trends: how we got where we are and can we change.
