HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) - The incoming Holland City Manager, Ryan Cotton, disclosed a three-page document yesterday that summarizes the proposed fiscal 2013 municipal budget and five-year general fund financial plan that he will formally present to City Council during next month’s four-day budget retreat. He admitted that more cutting of expenses and an “adjustment” to the tax rate will be involved over the next five years, but believes that the blueprint will put the Tulip City on a path “towards fiscal sustainability and even growth.”
