In celebration of the upcoming phenomenon The Hunger Games, David Letterman has been welcoming cast members onto The Late Show as his guests this week. However, after his recent, psychologically wrought interview with star Jennifer Lawrence, he might have been a little nervous to carry on with the trend. But such is the life of a premium talk show host.
Letterman welcomed star Josh Hutcherson onto the show, who told a story to indicate that Lawrence's nuttiness was not something reserved for Late Show audiences. Apparently, Hutcherson and Lawrence spent their downtime on The Hunger Games set engaging in some real-life physical battlesbecause, you know, the fact that they spend the entire movie on a quest to kill each other just isn't enough.
Hutcherson explained that Lawrence actually got the better of him once, kicking him square in the head and giving him a concussion. Luckily, the top neurologist in the state (or so he said...) was there to take care of the situation. You don't get that kind of health care in the Capitol!
