DETROIT (WKZO) -- Citing a decline of 25-percent in fleet sales, General Motors posted a sales decline of over eight-percent for April. Retail sales were unchanged compared to last year but GMC posted an increase of over four percent thanks to demand for full-size pickups.
The Buick, Cadillac, and Chevrolet divisions also lagged behind last year's sales figures. However, the automaker has adjusted in sales forecast for 2012 and believes they will now sell between 14 and 14.5-million vehicles.
