The Boston Celtics and Philadelphia 76ers got even in their respective best-of-seven East quarterfinal series last night. The Celtics outscored the Hawks 26-14 in the fourth quarter en route to an 87-to-80 win in Game Two in Atlanta. Celtics guard Rajon Rondo did not play while serving his one-game suspension.
In Chicago, the 76ers outscored the Bulls 36-14 in the third quarter and went on to notch a 109-to-92 victory.
Meanwhile, Kobe Bryant scored 38 points to lead the Lakers to a 104-to-100 win over the Denver Nuggets in L.A. The Lakers hold a 2-to-0 lead in their West quarterfinal series.
