It's completely normal for a man's wife and ex-wife to not get along (for obvious reasons), but Eddie Cibrian's women have caused quite a bit of drama over the years. Indeed, there's definitely been no love loss between Cibrian's ex-wife Brandi Glanville and his current wife LeAnn Rimes, however, it seems things could've been much, much worse. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star recently revealed to Australia's NW HQ magazine that at one point she even felt like killing Rimes after the country singer showed up at one of her son's soccer practices.
""I remember walking up to soccer practice and there she was with my baby in her lap,"" Glanville told the magazine. ""My blood was boiling, and I thought I was going to kill her. I really thought I was going to physically hurt her."" Luckily, she didn't act on that particular urge, however, I'm sure any divorced woman understands where she was coming from. After all, Rimes was ""the other woman.""
Cibrian left Brandi in 2009 after hitting it off with Rimes on the set of their film Northern Lights, and the two have now been married for just over a year.
However, the 39-year-old reality star admits she doesn't feel quite as hostile toward Rimes anymore. ""We're never going to be best friends, but she's good to my kids, they love her and that's all I could ask for,"" Glanville said. ""If they didn't like her, I'd be in court right now, fighting. It's not about me it's about them.""
But even if things have cooled down between the two women, Glanville continues to enjoy believing that Rimes and Cibrian's marriage won't last. She told the magazine she's glad to hear reports that the couple didn't sign a prenuptial agreement, since that means her sons will have financial security regardless of whether or not their father is still with Rimes. ""My kids' futures will be taken care of if that's true,"" Glanville said.
Being able to use your children as chess pawns in revenge really does have its advantages, I guess.
