Macomb County Army veteran has won a one-point-three-million-dollar lottery jackpot.  According to officials, the man used his last four-quarters to by the winning Classic Lotto 47 ticket at Towns Mart inWashingtonTownship.  The winner, whose name, age and hometown have not been released, has been disabled since 2009.  He returned to the store a day after purchasing the ticket to check the numbers and discovered he had won.
