COLDWATER, MI (WTVB)- Will it be busy at the polls tomorrow? Branch County Clerk Terri Kubasiak is predicting that about 60% of all eligible voters in the county will take the time to vote tomorrow, which would be just about the same as in the previous two presidential elections,
She bases the prediction on the number of new registrations and the requests for absentee ballots, with those requests being higher than in previous years. Kubasiak says she know for sure the turnout will be higher than the 25% who voted in the August primary in Branch County. Polls open at 7AM and will close at 8PM as long as no one is waiting in line.
