UNDATED (WKZO) -- The way we use Facebook continues to evolve. During the 2012 election you may have noticed a button atop your Facebook feed asking you to See a Map of Who's Voting. Facebook launched Facebook Stories and is offering a continuosly updated map of where Americans are voting and how many have said they voted via Facebook.
Throughout the day the number has grown exponentially and judging by local reports the number of people voting will continue to climb through the end of voting Tuesday evening. The Facebook Stories feature even goes as far as to begin breaking down the social vote by age group, demographics focusing on men and women with 32% of voters on Facebook being in the 25-34 demographic.
The section is just an initial indication of how social media is changing the landscape of not only how we live our lives but even how we vote in elections.
