The NHL and the Player’s Association met for over five hours on Wednesday in an attempt to end a lockout that has been going on for close to two months. The two sides met for several hours on Tuesday and Wednesday's meeting was the third in the past five days. Neither side has released details of what was discussed, but did reveal that the two sides will meet again today. Regular season games have been canceled through the end of this month.
The two sides have been without a collective bargaining agreement since the previous CBA expired just before midnight on September Fifteenth
