Fifth-ranked Michigan last night scored 100 points in a game for the first time since 2007 as the Wolverines won their first game, smashing Slippery Rock 100-to-62 at Crisler Arena. Tim Hardaway Junior had a double-double for Michigan with 25 points and 10 rebounds while point guard Trey Burke finished with 21 points. The Wolverines’ next game is Monday night at home against IUPUI in a first round NIT Season Tip-Off contest. Western Michigan tips off its season this afternoon with a road game against Cornell.
