On the one hand, Gary Roll is a respected family and businessman just recently reelected to the Kent County Board, but a 28-year-old Muskegon woman claims he molested her for years, beginning when she was 9 when she lived near him in Rockford, and threatened to harm her if she ever divulged their relationship. She recently had a Personal Protection Order taken out because she claims the threats have continued He tried to get the PPO lifted yesterday, only to learn he is now the focus of an investigation and that Criminal Sexual Conduct charges could soon be filed against him. The judge refused to lift the PPO yesterday.
