DETROIT, MI (WKZO) The man accused of being the I-96 gunman has been slapped with 60-additional counts in Oakland County, including 8 counts of attempted murder for taking random potshots at people and cars earlier this month. 43-year-old Raulie Casteel could get life if convicted on all the charges. Assistant Prosecutor Ken Frazee told the court that ballistics on the bullet fragments recovered from victim’s cars and shell casings found in the windshield wiper well of Casteel’s Chevy Malibu matched his gun.
