QUINCYMI (WTVB) - A vacant Amish farm house went up in flames last night in Quincy Township. The cause of the fire remains under investigation. The alarm came in around 8:15 and Quincy firemen were on the scene at 493 Quincy Grange Road for over 2-and-a-half hours.
The property is owned by Alvin Miller. No injuries were reported. Bronson firemen were also busy for more than 2 hours last night with a field fire apparently touched off by a downed power line. It was in an area in Bronson Township along Prairie River Road near Sackett Road and was reported shortly after 9 p.m.
