TRAVERSE CITy, MI (WTVB) _ Helen Milliken, the wife of former Michigan Governor William Milliken has died. Over the years, Milliken served as the national co-chair of ERAmerica.  She was also affiliated with, among other organizations, The Women's Research in Education Institute and chaired the National Women's Conference Committee.  The state's longest serving first lady, who passed away this morning inTraverse Cityafter a lengthy illness, was 89.
