TEXAS TOWNSHIP, MI  (WKZO) --   A woman threatening to throw herself off the top of a concrete wall over West Bound I-94 near 9^thstreet in Texas Township, brought traffic on the interstate to a halt for about 20-minutes just around 3 Sunday afternoon.

The 24-year-old woman from Battle Creek began negotiations with Kalamazoo County Deputies dispatched to the scene and they managed to talk her down and into an ambulance.
