GRAND HAVEN (WKZO)  --  A former Grand Haven soldier has died in California but the cause of his death is still under investigation. Staff Sgt. Donald Norvell was stationed at Travis Air Force Base.  They say he died unexpectedly at his off-base home.  They say local authorities and military police are working together to investigate the death. 

Funeral services are planned at the Klaassen Family Funeral Home in Grand Haven this Friday. Burial will follow at the Grand Haven Township Cemetery.  Norvell was just 30.
