COLDWATER (WTVB) - While many area schools had only planned a half-day of classes on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, dense fog caused that plan to change and allowed students with an even longer holiday break. While Quincy Community Schools went with a two hour delay Wednesday morning, Coldwater, Bronson, and Union City cancelled classes for the day. Those districts had planned on a half-day for students anyway, with a Professional Development Day scheduled for staff in the afternoon.
Classes for all districts will resume on Monday, November 26.
