UNION CITY, MI (WTVB) - While shopping might dominate Black Friday, the man in the big red suit will take center stage in Union City Saturday night. Branch County's first Christmas parade will step off at 7 pm Saturday, leaving from Robbins Auto Value on the north end of town near M-60. There will also be a hospitality tent open downtown from 6-7 pm for free hot chocolate and doughnut holes. Santa will arrive in the parade, and then meet children after the parade at the Southern Michigan Bank and Trust branch on North Broadway Street.
Coldwater's Hometown Holidays celebration will take place Saturday,December 1 with a Christmas parade at 10 am. Santaland will be open from 11 am until 1 pm that day, as well as Saturday, December 8.
