Michigan Supreme Court Justice Diane Hathaway is in hot water. A civil complaint's been filed against Hathaway and her husband for fraudulently transferring property and hiding assets. Chad Hathaway has no intention of stepping down from her position and any attempt to remove her would be a long, arduous process.
