UNDATED (WKZO) -- As this holiday season begins, sugar plum fairies aren’t the only thing dancing in the minds of millions of Michiganders, they are also dreaming about how they would spend the record $425-million Powerball Jackpot if they won it. The jackpot for the multi-state Lottery has been growing faster since they started charging $2 for a ticket.
Right now the jackpot is $425-million but they expect it to get even larger by the drawing on Wednesday night. That total passes the big jackpot won by Donald Lawson of Lapeer in August. More than 64-thousand Michigan players won prizes of $4 or less on Saturday by getting some of the numbers right. Three players got 4 numbers right and won $10,000 each.
