Grand Rapids police revealed that tidbit yesterday about 20-year-old Riley Sheahan, whose blood alcohol level was more than four times the legal limit.  He was arrested after driving the wrong way on one-way streets in downtownGrand Rapidsafter a Halloween party and admitted he used the ID of a teammate to get into bars that night.
