LANSING (WKZO) -- Although no one in the state was the big winner, over 300-thousand Michigan players won prizes in the latest record setting Powerball drawing.
Two Michigan players matched five numbers in Wednesday's drawing, winning one-million dollars each. Those tickets were sold in Dearborn and Kentwood. Eighteen Michigan residents matched four white balls plus the Powerball to win ten-thousand dollars apiece.
Two jackpot winning tickets were sold, one in Missouri, the other in Arizona. Wednesday's Powerball jackpot of over 587-million dollars was the largest ever in the game's history.
