Rochester Hills, Michigan native Brad Keselowski takes over the top spot in the battle for the Sprint Cup Series championship with his victory in Sunday's Triple-A 400 at Dover International Speedway. Keselowski conserved enough fuel late in the race and grabbed the lead when Kyle Busch and Denny Hamlin were forced to pit for fuel after running in the top-two positions with ten laps remaining. Keselowski then held off Jeff Gordon at the finish by one second for his fifth win of the season. He now holds a five-point advantage in the standings over Jimmie Johnson after 3 events in the 10-race Chase for the Championship. Mark Martin finished third, while Johnson placed fourth and Carl Edwards ended in fifth. The fourth round in the Chase takes place Sunday at Talladega. Keselowski won the spring race there in May.
