DORR, MICHIGAN (WTVB) - They have made more escapes than Houdini. Two escaped inmates from a northern Michigan Residential Reentry camp, who dug their way under a fence to get away, are still free this morning, after they were chased in a stolen Jeep Cherokee into a remote wooded area near Dorr in northern Allegan County.
Lt. Frank Baker says once night fell, they could no longer contain them. Police maintained patrols in the area, hoping they would get lucky. Kenneth Grauman and Gregory Bradshaw, originally from Allegan County, made it south since their weekend escape using a series of stolen cars. Yesterday they managed to escape, despite the efforts of dozens of officers and a State Police Helicopter.
