COLDWATER (WTVB) - Branch County elected officials haven’t had any pay raises for the past two years and today, a committee of the County Board of Commissioners could be making its recommendation on what should happen for 2013. The final decision is up to the full Board. That salary hike in 2010 was for two and a half percent.
