LANSING (WKZO) -- Anyone wanting to vote in the November election that hasn't registered to vote yet will need to act quickly. The deadline to get registered is Tuesday, October 9th. Secretary of State Ruth Johnson says all one needs to do is be 18 by Election Day, be a U.S. citizen, and register by mail, at a Secretary of State branch office or your local county, city or township clerk's office. Polls will be open on Election Day from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
