ROCHESTER, MICHIGAN (WTVB) - The Mitt Romney presidential campaign continues to send troops to Michigan. This evening,  Vice Presidential nominee Paul Ryan will take a break from preparations for Thursday’s Vice Presidential Debate and make an appearance in Rochester, on the Oakland University Campus at 7:30 pm.   It will be the first visit from one of the two nominees since a rally in August in Commerce Township.   New Jersey Governor Chris Christie was stumping for the GOP ticket this weekend at a fundraiser in Novi.   Ann Romney is scheduled to be at an event in Grand Rapids on Friday. Details on that appearance are not yet available.
