ALLENDALE (WKZO) -- Grand Valley State University students will soon be able to rent cars from the university on an hourly basis.  The program will start on October 15th in a partnership with a service of Enterprise rentals called WeCar.

Renting a Ford Focus will cost students eight dollars an hour or 55-dollars for a whole day during the week, nine-dollars an hour and 60-dollars a day on weekends and another 35-dollars to 40-dollars if they need it overnight.  Ford Fusions will also be available for slightly more.
