DETROIT (WKZO) -- The U.S. Secret Service has identified a suspect in connection with a truck theft during Vice President Joe Biden's visit to Michigan last month.

45-year-old Charles Rumbley of Detroit has been charged with stealing government property.  Rumbley is accused of boosting a U-Haul truck carrying 150-thousand-dollars worth of metal detectors, outside the Westin Book Cadillac Hotel in downtown Detroit.

If convicted, Rumbley faces up to ten-years behind bars.
