BATTLE CREEK (WKZO)  --  Borgess Healthcare Officials broke ground this afternoon on a new 26.9-million dollar Ambulatory healthcare facility in Battle Creek.  

 It will be located at the intersection of Beckley and Capital Avenues, near I-94 on the south side.   It will be built on 21-acres of currently vacant land, and will be called the Borgess Health Park in Battle Creek. The project will create hundreds of construction jobs and 80 to 90 permanent healthcare jobs in the community.

 They hope to have construction completed in mid-2014.
