HOLLAND, MI (WTVB) - The talking urinal cake meant to deter drunks from driving home has been stolen from Goog's Pub and Grub in Holland.  Owner Brad White says he realized it was missing last month, and said a second talking urinal cake is broken in a toilet.  The devices were federally funded, and he thinks the one that was swiped was taken as some sort of college prank or initiation, as it had been in the urinal for a few months by the time it was swiped.  White says he doesn't want it back.
