, MI (WKZO) -- Did the new Supt. Of Portage Public Schools engage in an inappropriate relationship with a district employee?  Dr. Ric Perry doesn’t think so. He says it’s a personal private matter and no district policies were violated.  The board has hired a Lansing Law Firm to ascertain the facts and determine if what Dr. Perry opinion is accurate. The investigation has apparently been going on for a while, and the trustees could get a report on the investigation at any time.  Until then, they aren’t talking about it
