KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO) -- President Obama has agreed to let the children of undocumented aliens who have grown up in the U.S., speak perfect English, and think of themselves as Americans stay in the U.S. as long as they are working or going to school. It’s called the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, but Secretary of State Ruth Johnson is refusing to issue drivers licenses or license plates to them.
Today they plan to demonstrate outside the Secretary of State office in Kalamazoo to make their case.
