LANSING (WKZO) -- With just over a week ago before the election, fundraising on the state's six ballot proposals has climbed to nearly 150-million dollars. The single issue with the highest is Proposal 2, the collective bargaining issue, which has had 47.7-million dollars spent on it so far by both sides. Proposal 3, the renewable energy measure, has had 35-million dollars spent on ads.
