UNDATED (WTVB) - The reward in the case of several random shootings along Michigan roadways from Oakland to Ingham counties has been increased to 102-thousand dollars. The ATF and the FBI are each offering a 50-thousand-dollar reward, while Crime Stoppers is adding two-thousand dollars for information leading to the arrest of a suspect in the 24 reported shootings since October 16th.
A Barry County man from Delton who was treated at a hospital after being shot Saturday as he drove along Interstate 96 near Fowlerville is the only person to be injured in the incidents. Yesterday, a woman who was driving on U.S. 23 near I-96 in Brighton called 911 to report her vehicle had been shot, but officials believe her car may have been hit by a rock or another item
